Shipping Destinations

We are delighted to offer shipping services to customers in the European Union and beyond. The countries currently offered are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10:00 PM (CET) are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are shipped the following Monday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

Estimated Delivery Times

Depending on your location, the estimated delivery time is:
• Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany: 1–2 business days
• Rest of Europe: 2–4 business days
• Rest of the world: 4–7 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, local holidays, or extreme weather.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to ensure you receive your orders conveniently and securely. Shipping options may vary depending on your location and the products you’ve selected. During checkout, you’ll be presented with the available shipping methods and their respective costs.
Our standard shipping method is via DHL, Hermes and PostNL, however we may choose a different carrier for your shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on various factors, including shipping method, package weight and size, and your delivery address. All shipping costs are clearly shown during checkout before finalizing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to regulations in certain countries.

International Customs & Duties

For international shipments, including those to Norway, Switzerland, and countries outside the EU, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These fees are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Delivery Issues & Carrier Investigations

Lost or Stalled Shipments

If a package’s tracking status remains unchanged for more than 7 days after dispatch, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. We will then wait up to 7 additional days for the carrier’s response before deciding on the next steps (e.g., reshipment or refund). By placing an order, the customer agrees to this process.

Marked as Delivered, Not Received

If the tracking shows that a package has been delivered, but the customer reports non-receipt, we will file a delivery inquiry with the relevant carrier. If the carrier (e.g., DHL) confirms that the package was delivered correctly, we will consider the delivery as fulfilled. Customers accept this procedure upon ordering.
