Refund policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with European consumer protection laws. Within this cooling-off period, you can return the product without giving any reason. Refunds are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Conditions for Returns
- The protective film must not have been removed from the shield.
- The product must be undamaged and preferably returned in its original packaging.
- We do not cover return shipping costs.
Note: If the protective film has been removed and/or the product is damaged, we can no longer sell the product. In such cases, 50% of the purchase amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at support@stoveblock.com with:
- A photo of the product (base + shield), so we can assess whether the product is still resellable.
- The order number (starts with a hashtag, e.g. #1234).
- The reason you wish to return the item(s)
Without this information, we unfortunately cannot accept your return. Once your return is approved, we will send you further instructions. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically through our online withdrawal form: https://stoveblock.com/pages/eu-withdrawal-form. If you use this online function, we will send you a receipt confirmation by email without undue delay.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@stoveblock.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged or incorrect, we kindly ask you to report it within 2 days so we can resolve the issue quickly. Your legal rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions
Items that are damaged, used, or returned without the protective film may not be fully refunded. We also do not accept returns on custom-made items or discounted products. If your order included a volume discount, this discount will be voided in case of a partial return. The difference will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you want to receive a different item, you can return the product according to the above conditions and place a new order separately.
